Every doinvites product is a digital template. You get it instantly after checkout, so we cannot offer returns, exchanges or cancellations after an order is placed.

If something is wrong with your order, write to us at info@doinvites.com. For example: the template link does not open, the design is not the one shown in the listing, or you cannot make an edit. Please include your order number. We will help you fix the problem or find another solution with you.
